We Built the Site Using Claude and Codex
Claude handled front-end concepts, Codex handled the build-outs, and the site now also drafts new workflow ideas from agent memory.
The Problem
Website work usually breaks across strategy, writing, design, implementation, and maintenance, which makes even simple changes slower than they should be.
What Was Built
The site itself was built through a real AI workflow: Claude was used for front-end concepts, Codex for implementation and build-outs, and there is now a backend skill that picks up daily work from agent memory and drafts new workflow suggestions directly into the site for review.
Where AI Sits in the Workflow
AI handled both creative concepting and technical execution, and now also helps turn daily work into draft workflow ideas on the site. A person reviews the final messaging, positioning, and visual output before anything important goes live.
Tools Used
The Result
The website becomes easier to evolve because concepting, building, and idea capture are all part of one operating loop instead of disconnected tasks.
Key Insight
The strongest proof of an AI workflow is using it on your own business first.
